The Recreational Trailbike Riders’ Association handles any personal contact details collected as a result of enquiries, membership, event bookings etc. in the strictest confidence.

Your details will be added to our emailing list if you become a member, ask to be sent general information and/or ask specifically to be added. Our database is not sold or passed onto any other party.

We do not make your details, including your e-mail address, available to any other person, company or organisation without your express permission.

Our preferred communications medium is email, however we may from time to time use physical mail.  In such cases we will provide mailing details to a commercial third party mail processing organisation.  Such details will not be retained by the mail processing organisation and will be used solely for the purpose of the RTRA mailing.

As a member you will be provided with a Username and Password.  You can use these details to access and update contact information via the RTRA Web Site. You can request details of any other information about you held by the RTRA by using the contact form or sending an email to the RTRA secretary.
